Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are designed to make your healing experience a better one for everyone involved. Pease read to avoid misunderstandings! Remember that when you visit Sacred Space Healing and Bodywork you receive one-on-one personal service by a highly trained and very talented therapist  reserved especially for you. Everyone’s time is valuable and we ask you to respect ours.

  • Mobile phones to be switched off or silent while in treatment room.
  • At least 3 business hrs notice of appointment cancellation or any other changes (for example length of service) required.
  • When cancelling or changing an appointment please speak to us personally so that you know we got your message.
  • If you are late for an appointment it may be cancelled or shortened to avoid disruption to other customers.
  • If your appointment is cancelled or shortened because you are running late you are still required to pay for the time you have booked.
  • A booking fee will be requested for a booking when a client has a history of not following these terms and conditions
  • Booking fee can be refunded or transferred to another appointment with at least 3 business hrs notice.
  • If we don't receive your appointment confirmation within 24 hrs of the appointment
  • we may allocate your appointment time to another client.
  • If you change your phone number please let us know your new number.
  • Aim to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
